Terms of Payment
•Tru-Care Health Systems, Inc. accepts Visa, Mastercard, and approved checks.
•Net 30 Day Terms with approved credit.
•Past Due invoices will be charged interest at 1.5% per month.

 

Shipping
•Shipping charges will be added to all orders.
•Orders to be shipped promptly.
•Next Day Air and Second Day Air are available upon request for an additional charge

Returns
•All products to be returned must have a Return Authorization Code.
•Call (800) 842-2734 within 30 days of purchase to obtain your Return Authorization Code.
•Products should be in the original containers and in salable condition.
•Returns will be credited or exchanged for other products (excluding shipping charges).
•Some items may not be returnable due to health or FDA regulations.

 

Damaged Goods
•We take great care in filling, checking and packing your order.
•Damaged or short shipments should be reported immediately.
•Damage to a shipping container must be noted with carrier at the time of delivery.
•Please be sure to save all packaging materials as they are needed for insurance purposes.

If a shipment arrives damaged:
Inspect all shipments for damage before signing acceptance.
In the event of shipping damage notify the shipping company immediately.
Concealed damage must be reported within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
Tru-Care will not be responsible for damage that occurs during shipment.

 

If an item is missing from your shipment:
•Contact Customer Service immediately
•No credit will be issued for the missing product after 30 days.
